The aftermarket has more and more cool product offerings every year and this section will highlight the latest hardware products we have selected for our project 57.
1) Billet trunk and hood hinges (designed and implemented by us).
2) Wilwood balance bar and dual master cylinder assembly.
3) Bolt in power window regulators from Electric Life.
4) Lokar shifter and parking brake lever for the custom made center console.
5) Rock Valley stainless gas tank with in-tank injection pump.
6) Keyless entry-shaved door handle kit-alarm/security-remote starter also by Electric Life.
Billet Trunk Hinge Kit
The original stamped steel trunk hinges are just downright ugly. Yes, you could chrome them, but they are still basic looking. Also, the hinges have that unsighly torsion bar assembly to help hold the trunk lid open.
Since the trunk will be finished off in leather to compliment the interior, the factory hinge system just won't do and we have engineered a better mouse trap that will give us the function and awesome looks so needed in the trunk area.

Billet Hood Hinges
Our currant plans for the hood hinge makeover will be;
1) A pair of billet aluminum hood hinges utilizing gas shocks mounted below the hinge to hold the hood up, thus eliminating the old springs and UGLY stock hinges.

Wilwood Balance Bar and Dual Master Assembly
Out of the ordinary is our motto, and using Wilwoods balance bar and dual master cylinder assembly certainly does that. This race car technology not only functions great, but looks cool as well. We had to make a special mounting bracket to mount the pedal swing assembly under the dash. We also designed a billet brake pedal arm to compliment the Lokar billet gas pedal assembly we plan on using. The dual masters on the firewall will be smoothed and polished, and plumbed with polished stainless lines and fittings.

Keyless Entry: Trunk & Door
We are gonna give the trunk and doors a clean shave and remove the locs and door handles to clean up the body. We will be installing a security/alarm, remote starter, and keyless entry system from Electric life.
