Dutchman Motorsports has been known for their complete “Custom made to order” independent rear end suspension systems. They now sell individual “IRS” components for those that want to build their own “hybrid” rear end using a combination of OEM & Dutchman Motorsports components.

Billet Aluminum Hub Carriers
Dutchman Motorsports is pleased to be the 1st company in America to offer a high end billet hub carrier with an outboard disc brake option!

These sleek new design hubs are available with integrated caliper mounting ears for an outboard disc option (Shown) or without the caliper mounting ears for an inboard disc option. The hubs are specially designed and offered for those who want to build a hybrid “IRS” utilizing their own center section, but want to get away from the ugly factory hub carriers that come with some of the OE “IRS” rear ends. These hub carriers also come standard when you order a complete Dutchman “IRS rear end.

Not only are they great looking, they are stronger than the competitions "cast" units. Get the best looking, strongest hub carriers on the market today-ONLY by Dutchman Motorsports!

Options include:
Smoothed and Chromed drive yoke, U-Joint straps and bolts, polished hub carrier body (which looks better than a polished cast hub), polished calipers and rotor hats (If outboard disc option), and lower thru bolt / sleeves / clevis / & clevis hardware (Plain or polished stainless).

Features:

• CNC machined from a solid billet of super tough 6061-T6 aluminum.

• Designed to be used with parallel 4 bars to arrest the wheel thrust at the hub. (Similar to the Corvette design).

• New design features built in caliper mounting ears for an outboard disc brake option. A non disc brake hub without the caliper mounting ears is still available.

• Your choice of 5 on 4 1/2" Ford or 5 on 4 3/4" Chevy bolt patterns.

"IRS" Center Sections
Need a tough center section for your hybrid “IRS” rear end? Dutchman Motorsports offers an extra heavy duty housing which can be built as a 9” Ford, GM 12 Bolt, or Quick Change independent center. The center sections are available with or without inboard mounted disc brakes, and come with 31 spline (9” Ford or Quick Change), or 30 spline (GM 12 Bolt) alloy stub axles. Our new yoke shafts are set up to accept a 1350 series U-Joint (Same as Corvette) or we can custom build them to accept your CV joint. To make things even better, our “IRS housing is poured from the superior 206-T7 aluminum alloy which is 30% stronger and polishes better than the 356-T6 alloy commonly used for these type of castings.

Options include:
Polished Housing, lower stainless control tubes, and rear billet tie bar or optional billet exhaust hanger, polished stub axle retainer plates, smoothed and chromed drive yoke, U-Joint straps and bolts, chromed 3rd member nuts & washers, polished calipers and rotor hats (If inboard disc option), and lower thru bolt /nut (Plain or chromed).

Features:

• CNC machined from 206-T7 aluminum.

• Inboard or Outboard mounted disc brakes.

• The “no brake” center features one piece CNC machined yoke or CV style stub shafts.

• Your choice of U-Joint style or CV style (extra cost option) inner stub axles.
